The crew
Window cleaning puts someone on a ladder outside your house or walking your building after hours, and it is worth knowing who that is. Caprock Window Cleaning is owned and run by Josh Kute, and the crew he leads on jobs across Lubbock is five people: Jordan, Justin, Javi, Kyle and Damian. All five are trained in safety technique for the high work this trade involves.

Jordan

Jordan is one of the five crew leads who runs jobs for Caprock Window Cleaning, working residential and commercial glass across Lubbock. Crew leads here are trained in safety technique for the high work: extension ladders, water-fed poles and multi-storey storefront glass, where the job is only done well if it is also done carefully.
Justin

Justin is photographed in the shop, in front of the ladder rack and hose reel that go out on the truck every day. That equipment is the same kind you would see parked outside a job: extension ladders for the second-storey windows, hose and reel for the water-fed pole work on storefronts and multi-storey commercial glass.
Javi

Javi works out of the same shop at 8914 County Road 6820, under the same ladder rack the trucks load from before a job. Whether the work that day is a house, a storefront or a new-construction clean-up, it starts here and it is the same trained crew that shows up, not whoever happens to be free.
Kyle

Kyle is one of the crew leads customers across Lubbock and the South Plains actually deal with on site, whether the job is a residential estimate or a scheduled commercial contract running weekly, monthly or annually. Frames and screens get cleaned along with the glass on residential jobs, at no extra cost, as a normal part of the visit.
Damian
Crew lead
Damian rounds out the five crew leads named on this page.
