The dust that never gets touched
Every home and office has a handful of surfaces that sit above the reach of a regular cleaning routine: the top of a chandelier, a high beam, a ledge over a stairwell, glass three or four storeys up. Dust settles there the same as anywhere else, and because nobody is up there wiping it off, it accumulates for months or years instead of weeks. That matters more than it sounds like it should, especially for anyone in the building who deals with allergies or asthma, where a dust load that has been building undisturbed for a long stretch is exactly the kind of thing that keeps causing a problem long after the room looks clean at eye level.

Chandeliers, stairwells, entryways
A chandelier or a pendant fixture over a stairwell is usually the single dustiest object in a house, and it is also the one piece nobody ever brings a cloth to, because doing it safely means working above a drop with the fixture itself in the way. The ornate ironwork on an entry door collects the same way, catching dust in every scroll and joint where a regular pass with a rag never quite reaches. We clear both properly, by hand, without leaving the fixture worse off than we found it. It is the kind of job most homeowners put off indefinitely simply because there is no safe way to reach it themselves, not because they have not noticed it.

Commercial spaces carry the same problem at a larger scale: exposed beams, high shelving above a retail floor, or a run of glass several storeys up that a standard janitorial visit is never equipped to reach. Safety technique first
All of our cleaning and dusting is performed by a crew trained in the safety techniques that difficult and high work calls for, whether that is stable ladder placement inside a stairwell, working around a lit or wired fixture, or reaching glass several storeys up from the outside. The equipment changes with the job; the training behind it does not. A chandelier gets lowered and cleaned by hand rather than reached blind from a step stool, and a stairwell beam gets a stable ladder setup rather than a broom taped to a pole.
