What running that radius actually means

Most window cleaning companies work one town and call the next county over an exception. Caprock schedules the far towns the same way it schedules a job three streets from the shop: on the calendar, on a route, with a free estimate first. That only works because the crew leads and the trucks are set up for it, not because the far jobs get less attention. Frames and screens still come with residential work at no extra cost in Tucumcari the same as they do in Lubbock, and a storefront in Amarillo gets the same complete glass-and-frame rate as one on 19th Street.

It also means the office fields calls from two states, which is part of why hours are fixed rather than open-ended: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, closed weekends. Call inside those hours and you reach the same office that books the Lubbock jobs.

The regions below are not an official designation Caprock invented. They are simply how West Texas and the eastern edge of New Mexico actually sit on a map around Lubbock: flat, close together in the South Plains, spreading out as the drive gets longer toward the Panhandle, and crossing a state line once you get out to Clovis, Roswell or Tucumcari. Grouping the towns this way is meant to make the list honest and readable rather than a single unbroken row of fifteen names, since a homeowner in Snyder and a facilities manager in Amarillo are asking two different questions when they land on this page.
