Pressure Washing in Lubbock, TX
Siding, brick, glass and concrete brought back to like new instead of remodeled or repainted. Free estimate, no obligation.
Restoring what is already there
Most calls start the same way: a home or business exterior that has gradually gone from clean to worn and dirty, without any one day marking the change. Siding, brick, glass and the rest of what makes up the outside of a building all get the same attention, worked by an experienced crew with equipment built for the job rather than a rental unit run at one setting. The goal is the exterior you already have, restored to a like-new condition, not a remodel and not a repaint.
Timely, thorough and hard to fault
The crew works quickly without skipping a section, which matters as much on a two-story storefront as it does on a single driveway. Attention to detail is the whole pitch: a job that looks fast from the curb but leaves a missed strip along a downspout or a shaded corner is not actually finished, and that is not how this crew leaves a property.

What a few West Texas years do to an exterior
The dust does not wash off in the rain here. There is not enough rain.
Caliche dust rides the wind off open ground and settles into the texture of stucco and the mortar lines of brick, and every dry, gusty stretch presses another layer in. Add a few years of hard Lubbock sun baking that dust onto the surface and a siding or brick exterior that was once a clean color reads several shades duller than it actually is, not because the material failed but because of what has settled on top of it.
That is also why one setting on one nozzle is not the right call for every surface. Concrete and brick can generally take direct pressure. Siding, stucco and painted trim generally cannot, at least not without risking streaking or driving water behind a seam it was never meant to get behind, so a softer, lower-pressure wash with more dwell time does the same lifting without the risk. Reading which surface is in front of the crew, and washing it accordingly, is most of the job.
What gets washed
Siding and stucco
The surfaces most likely to need a gentler approach rather than raw pressure alone, so nothing gets etched, stripped or driven behind a seam.
Brick and block
Harder and more forgiving, but still years of baked-in grime rather than a quick rinse.
Concrete: drives, walks and patios
Where the caliche dust settles hardest and sits longest, tracked in on tires and feet every day it goes unwashed.
Glass and frames
The same attention to detail as our window cleaning work, so nothing gets left streaked or spotted once the rest of the exterior is done.
Estimates are free and come with no obligation, and same-day service is typically available. If your job is one of the ones that needs to be scheduled instead, the crew will tell you that up front rather than after a visit. Full details on wherever the job is, call (806) 790-9944 and describe what you are looking at.
