Every residential visit covers the glass inside and out on a home of any size, from a one-storey rental to a two-storey house with a full second floor of windows. Your frames and window screens are thoroughly cleaned by the crew as part of that same visit, at no additional cost. It isn't an upsell we mention on site and add to the bill afterward, it's built into the job from the start. We use products and technique that get the glass clean without scratching the pane or marking the frame around it, and pricing is set against the actual house rather than a number off a chart, so what you're quoted is what the job costs.
Same-day, mostly
Same-day service is typically available for most residential jobs, and if yours needs to be scheduled instead we'll tell you that up front rather than after the crew shows up. On a two-storey home the crew works a full extension ladder to reach the upper windows, and they're trained in the safety technique that work calls for. You don't need to be home for a straightforward exterior clean, though most people are.

“Years of grime and sediment” is usually mineral spotting from sprinklers or rain, not ordinary dust, and it's a separate job from a standard clean. If that's what's on your glass, see hard water removal instead, or just mention it on your estimate and the crew will tell you what they're looking at.
